BDA FLATS DISCUSSION GROUP
Dear BDA Flats aspirants,
Let us get together for a noble cause! Let us get together, when nobody hears to us. We have to get together to resolve our problems being faced after applying for BDA flats. We all know that some of us have paid 1st installment, 2nd installment, some almost all etc., where is our money going? Why BDA promised us some completion dates, but in reality, they are well behind schedule. But they have collected money from the people promptly. It looks like BDA has no accountability just like other Govt. projects. BDA is not issuing any press statements or not sending any information letters to its customers (We the people).
How can we fight for justice? Yes, we can do it, if we unite (at least on this forum!), plan and bring it to the notice of right people who can really help us. I know that there are lots of good people than bad ones.
So, let us join and discuss continuously until we get our flats registered in our names.

ReplyDeleteI am also allotted a flat at Gunjur Phase 2...and my 3rd installment is due on Oct 1st week..Last week had a visit to the site, i had a talk with the engineer and he was not in a mood to talk :) when asked how long it would take for the possession he told that BDA had hold the payment for almost 3 months now so not sure where our money is going. Any idea when is the 4th installment need to be paid along with the other payments.
ReplyDeleteI have been alloted a flat at Kothnur. Saw the progress around 2 months back. Ita about 40% completed. the engineer who was there says by June15 it should be ready. Any idea . Please update.

ReplyDeleteI have applied for 3BHK flat on 21st April 2014 & chosen Doddabanalli as preferred location.
so far no communication from BDA end.
1). list of eligible 3bhk applicants for the applicants 30th April 2014.
2). who are the officials, I should contact in BDA?
3). is there guarantee that we get status from BDA.

Hi, Loan Question: We have availed loan from SBI. The documents required are, Pay slips for last 3 months, employment letter, allotment letter, take home pay, address proof, ID proof, Bank statement, BDA No objection letter (NOC), 3 photos, spouse's employment and earning details (if joint loan) and need to fill the applications of bank.
